I'm thinking about taking my laptop back to best buy because all of a sudden my internet has stop working. It would say that I'm connected, but it was say that it's not working. My mom has the same laptop and her's says the same thing. My brother has a different laptop than ours. His internet is working okay.
I don't have no virus on my laptop I did a scan on it. I haven't had my laptop for a month and it's starting to act stupid.
so should I go return it back to best buy and get another one. I did pay for the plan where I can take it back to get another one and all I would have to pay is for the difference.

Re-install internet explorer 8 and re start the computer I have had similar issues and even had to reinstall windows. Is it an HP? but for now reinstall IE8. If this doesn't work take it to Best Buy. |
